Refund policy
1. The product is personalized customization, is expected to be shipped within 1-2 weeks, you can consult customer service after your order is placed, the product is unique to you, so it cannot be exchanged after placing an order, because personalized customized goods are accepted within 30 days after receipt, beyond this period we can not provide returns or refunds

2. If the parcel you received meets the following conditions, you can apply for a refund within 7 days from the receipt of the goods:

a. If the goods are damaged during transport, please provide photo proof of the outer package, courier bill, goods, etc. After receiving the goods, if you cannot provide the corresponding photo proof it will not be accepted, please understand;

b. Commodity loss, wrong delivery, leakage, by the courier side of the proof and verification of the situation is true.

If the above problems occur in your order, please contact us at the first time. After verifying the situation, we will process your refund. We recommend that you take a picture of the product in question and describe it, and send it to us directly through our online customer service or email in order to identify the problem and send you the specific method of return and refund.

c. The product itself has a quality problem such as damage, stains, etc.

 

2. The following items are excluded from the return and refund policy

b. Items that have been used or damaged, labels/original protective film has been removed, product size has been changed;


d. Due to the irresistible factors in the transport process, the goods are slightly damaged, but does not affect the normal use;

e. Any non-normal use and storage by the customer, resulting in the emergence of commodity quality problems;
